1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jil17 website at jil17.cam and all associated services, games, tools, and features made available through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you to access and use the Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has created a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any PHP-denominated balance held in your jil17 Account wallet, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by jil17 subject to separate promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jil17 before the processing of withdrawal transactions.
• "GCash / PayMaya" means the Philippine e-wallet services operated by third-party providers and integrated into the Platform as supported payment channels.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on a game, sports event, or other activity offered through the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jil17 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the jil17 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and them.

3 Eligibility

Use of the jil17 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jil17, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from jil17.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any national or PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program that prohibits your participation in online gambling.

4 Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

To access real-money features of the jil17 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number or email address.

You may hold only one (1) Account on the jil17 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Verification

Before jil17 will process your first withdrawal, you are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• Postal ID (subject to jil17 discretion)

jil17 reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence of identity, source of funds, or beneficial ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by jil17 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change (including your mobile number, email address, or residential address), you must update your Account profile promptly. jil17 is not liable for communication failures, missed notifications, or payment processing errors arising from outdated account information.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jil17 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) device or code.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jil17 staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.

You must notify jil17 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach relating to your credentials. jil17 will investigate and take appropriate action, but will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

jil17 supports Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PNB. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet following successful processing by your chosen payment provider. jil17 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction limits or fees independently of jil17.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jil17 Account holder.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during operational hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 Philippine banking business days.
• jil17 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts determined at jil17's sole discretion.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jil17 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including those administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). jil17 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are connected to unlawful activity. jil17 may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the AMLC without notifying the account holder concerned.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

jil17 offers promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, and wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.

The following conduct will result in immediate forfeiture of any bonus balance and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, error states, or loopholes not intended as part of the game or promotion.
• Coordinated wagering between two or more accounts to generate low-risk turnover against a bonus.
• Providing false information during registration or bonus claim processes.

jil17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for entertainment purposes and are not a guaranteed income mechanism.

8 Gameplay Rules & Wager Integrity

All games offered on the jil17 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics that are independently audited for fairness. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

In the event of a technical failure, game error, or communication interruption during a wager, jil17 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. If a game malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed winning combination or payout, jil17 is not obligated to honour the erroneous payout and will void the relevant transaction.

Sports betting lines, odds, and markets are subject to change up until the event commences. In-play bets are accepted at jil17's discretion and may be suspended or refused without cause. Results are determined by the relevant governing body of each sport, and jil17 relies on official results for settlement purposes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil17 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or during any interaction with jil17.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, circumvent, or otherwise compromise the technical security or integrity of the Platform.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal unlawful financial transactions, including money laundering.
• Engaging in any conduct that jil17 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jil17 staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or from any IP address known to be associated with prohibited territories.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, jil17 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or terminate the Account, void all pending and settled wagers, forfeit all Account balances, and report the conduct to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

jil17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all Players through their Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit ceilings that can be set or reduced by the Player at any time, effective immediately upon request.
• Session Time Alerts: Automatic notifications displayed after continuous play sessions of a defined duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing elapsed session time and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the Player cannot make deposits or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal mechanism by which a Player can exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jil17 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game graphics, animations, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jil17 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil17's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof shall not exceed the total deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, even if jil17 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jil17 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

jil17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jil17 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Continuation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jil17.
• The Player's Account or activity is the subject of a legal investigation or regulatory inquiry.
• The Player is a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) as defined under Philippine AML regulations, without prior written approval from jil17's compliance function.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, jil17 reserves the right to retain Account balances pending the outcome of any fraud, AML, or regulatory investigation. Where no such investigation is pending, withdrawable balances (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

jil17 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jil17.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jil17 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in the Philippines where required by law or where jil17 has a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of jil17, its players, or the public.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jil17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jil17 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are made.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the jil17 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, the Player must first raise the matter through jil17's internal complaints process by contacting jil17 customer support in writing. jil17 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, whose judgments shall be final and binding on both parties.
